At Mino, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Certain items may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons, including beauty tools that have been used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at:
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
